By accessing or using RateMyLooks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RateMyLooks provides AI-powered facial analysis for entertainment and informational purposes. The analysis is based on facial geometry and aesthetic research. Results are not medical advice and should not be treated as such.
3. Entertainment Purposes Only
All analysis provided by RateMyLooks is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Attractiveness is subjective. Our ratings do not reflect any absolute standard of beauty and should not be taken as definitive assessments of your appearance or worth as a person.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly and yearly subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload photos of other people without their consent, use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, or upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of RateMyLooks is the property of RateMyLooks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our analysis.
9. Limitation of Liability
RateMyLooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
